Following are some of the equipment solutions provided by Pacific:
Three lanes palletizer: All cases convey down the same conveyor, barcode scanner reads the barcode and then product pusher pushes each case onto the proper infeed conveyor, lane 1, 2 or 3. Then each case gets picked and palletized by the robot.
Robot inspection system: First robot inspects parts and removes rejects. The next two robots pick and place acceptable product into stacks.

Lights out application: Robot used to pick and place parts in a lights out application during 3rd shift with no employees present.
